Fave Five Friday by JBV

1. After a rough week of insomnia and nagging bellyache, I woke up this morning after a good night's sleep with no pain. If you thought I looked happier today, I was. I really, really was.

2. I'm not usually an early adopter, unfortunately, and we have just discovered downloadable movies/TV shows on Netflix. So we've been watching episode after episode of The Office without leaving the comfort of our own home. My favorites are when Michael actually gets it right. And, of course, anything involving Dwight Schrute.

3. I shopped for clothes today, and actually bought BROWN slacks and a BLUE sweater. Please note that neither of these items is BLACK. This is a big step forward for me.

4. I got an answer nobody else did at trivia on Wednesday: what can be a tulip, a bottle, or a flute? answer: a wine glass. The ones you get that no one else does are the ones that are particularly satisfying.

5. The library had Chariots of Fire (checked it out before this whole Netflix discovery), and so I am watching it tonight, either before or after (or perhaps before and after) going to eat sushi.

Justin's 2010 Book Challenge:

1. Mirrors of the Unseen: Journeys in Iran by Jason Elliot. (It took me, like, 6 weeks to finish this book. I finished it on New Year's Day.)
