Fave Five for Friday

1. I've really enjoyed the Post Secret clone project that Juan has put together her at the GRE. I've posted my own and it's interesting to look at everyone else's.

2. I'm loving the two books I'm currently reading this week, even though they are galaxies apart: A Goomba's Guide to Life by Steve Schirripa is part autobio, part instruction book to being a goomba or an Italian-American with an attitude and Have a Little Faith by Mitch Albom is Mr. Albom's eight years of discussions about religion, life and more with a rabbi and a Christian pastor.

3. I got an e-mail from the Orleans Arena yesterday about Star Wars: In Concert. Tickets go on sale today and I'm hoping that they aren't crazy expensive.

4. I had a jarring experience earlier this week with my bank and the IRS, but it got cleared up so I am happy about that. The IRS tried to take out $1400 out of my account when I had already gotten a refund in January. I called and the IRS picked the wrong bank account number. The person at Silver State Schools Credit Union solved everything and refunded the overdraft fee. Whew.

5. We broke the 200 mark for the 50 Books for 2010 project. Way to go, all!

Have a good weekend!
