1. I found out Tuesday that all new Man vs. Wild episodes start on August 12th on Discovery Channel and the host, Bear Grylls, is on Twitter. Talk about Christmas in July!

2. Speaking of Discovery Channel, Shark Week starts next week! I can’t wait for that either!

3. Running, do any of you ever get tired of my numerous postings about running? If so tough! In a four day stretch (7-26 to 7-29) I ran 24 miles which is not bad considering it is been extremely warm outside. I also decided to do the Sedona Marathon in February 2010. That will be marathon #11 (but Nyah’s 1st to watch me!) I want to do 50 before I die!

4. Big Mac’s!!! I actually had one the other day but without onions and the special sauce. It was so yummy! I had not had one in over 5 years (at the very least)

5. Obtaining sponsorships! Had a sponsor give $5,000 to the 2010 Read & Run 5K! I rule!
